Lindsay Elliott
branding, print
Lindsay Elliott is a Vancouver-based photographer working with clients on commercial, brand stories and portrait shoots.
After years of winging her brand assets, Lindsay reached out to me to help her properly brand her photography business. Lindsay takes an uncomplicated, easy-going and playful approach to her work, embracing fun, colour, boldness and diversity in an effortless manner. This foundation of her brand and personality is what inspired Lindsay's new brand logo; tall, uppercase, perfectly stacked sans-serif letters, with a cheerful detail in the letter O. The smiley face is further extended across her logo icon and additional logo alternates, and paired with a bright, vivid colour story.
Lindsay can make everyone feel comfortable and at ease, never forcing a scene, but instead staying true to capturing the story or concept. She's professional and very experienced, with an honest and realistic approach to her craft. While her true brand identity encompasses a number of bold friendly colours, it can also be paired down to something black or white for a more corporate setting, while still injecting a tad of playfulness.
Beyond all the brand basics, I also designed a number of printed materials for her brand, including business cards, postcards, stickers and folded mail-out promo posters.
