Customer Experience Brochure
print, layout
After completing a large re-brand for Concert Properties, local agency Monday Creative reached out to me to help them with a variety of layout-based projects for the client, including this printed customer experience brochure.
Monday Creative did a great job creating, editing and organizing the content for the printed piece. The client was able to provide us with a variety of photographs from their archive. The photos include a variety of their past projects, as well as people focused photography. The physical booklet feels sophisticated and stands out in it's custom tall, and narrow format. We tried to keep each page primarily photo and pull-quote focused, without text areas split into small sub-sections, avoiding too many long format paragraphs. The type hierarchy works seamlessly with the custom content the team provided.
Two special pages that stand out are the timeline page, which features the history of the company across a spread with milestones accompanied by small snippets of copy and photographs; as well as an overview stat page, creating a balanced and minimal design across the page with a mix of data points and photos.
